What happened to get this issue? Bitdefender quarantined files from RedM

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstalled, Ran as Administrator, Added Exceptions in Bitdefender and disabled firewall and anti-virus, Reinstalled again, Verified RDR2 Game Files, looked on several forums and support pages and cried a bit.

RedM starts up fine and the server loads okay, but my character is missing textures from just his ankles to everything but his head.
