Cfx does not recognise my gpu driver

Geforce RTX 4050
Intel i7
16Gb RAM

What did you do to get this issue? Had graphics memory low error. Adjusted all graphics settings to Low. Crashed and since then I get above error
What server did you get this issue on? WFRP
Latest CitizenFX_log file

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Clean Reset of windows
Reinstall Steam,
Reinstall RDO
Reinstall all drivers
Spoke to Nvidia online support who said it’s probably a Windows issue. No reply from Windows support
Contacted Omen/HP support, ran all tests with their support assistant (Inside and outside Windows)
Same error
