What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Uninstalling reinstalling ain safe mode out of safe mode using revo unistaller . went into stream on the game to see if i could get back my files it says it worked but i open five m and it says i have missing dlcs. I cant open gtav itself it gets stuck on starting up. I have no acess to anything my permissions have disappeared. My startup on my pc is black and takes a long time before letting me in. I cant play anything. my hardware is all in tact and updated drivers. my computer in only 2 years old prebuilt I BUY TOWER. I cant even open my task thing thats hows me wheat i have open. i cant change anything on my computers firewall because it says i have no permission. EVEN THOUGH I AM ADMIN. cfx has ruined my pc.

tried both ways and it cant find the files

Have you checked if your antivirus is quarantining these files? It seems weird that files are just disappearing

You say it isn’t but try disabling Avast and seeing if issue still occurs
