Cayo Perico not loading ESX Legacy

Hello you devs out here,

Im trying to use Cayo Perico aggain since I had no interests in the past…

Im using ESX Legacy and newest Artifacts.
I use TX Admin and +set sv_enforceGameBuild 2802.
I have OneSync activatet.
I have tryed now 5 different files or IPLS from this CFX Forum I just found and nothing is showing up.

In my old fiveM Times there was just a copy paste and I could fly over but now I need your help whats going on here in 2023 is something missing ?
