What did you do to get this issue? Pluged in a secound monitor after the first 10 minutes of playing RedM for the first time
What server did you get this issue on? Yellowstone RP

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried changing to DirectX12, no luck.
Fresh install of RDR2, launcher and RedM, nothing.
Lowering graphics in single player, just changing things around to get some kind of result, nothing.
