While just landed on the CFX Forum, scroll down untill the fivem section shows up. Then see image for simpelest explainment ; click the releases section
There you can find all the release of scripts for multiple gamemode’s on the forums. I suggest in your case set using : tags to filter out what your not looking for. Suggesting; explorer the search button from google!
You could also take working script from other framework such as ESX and convert them to QBCORE
