Black screen when doing anything outside of RedM (alt tabbing/changing display mode/etc.)

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

What did you do to get this issue? Alt-tabbing, changing any display settings, trying to change to windowed mode or fullscreen windowed mode.
What server did you get this issue on? WildWestRP

I have tried restarting, reinstalling, clearing cache, it happens every single time. The game works fine until I try and change display settings or tab out of the game. I can still hear game audio, but it is a black screen.
