Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have looked at other forum posts(Net-tcp-server alert bad_certificate, 16 hrs and I am still unable to get REDM to load a server. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! - #7) about this exact thing and the solutions that worked for them didn’t work for me or weren’t even an issue. I have constantly checked and re checked things. I have re-installed rockstars launcher I have verified RDR2’s files.

Well I did manage to fix it i was running my own server to test and when i changed the force build to 1436 and therefore changed redM’s version it launched with no problem
