Are the bans for nothing caused by the because I also got one but when I played before without the GeForce Experience SHARE I did not receive bans

Geforce Experience does not cause a ban.
You can get a “softban” when using Geforce Now as they use the exact same operating system installation on every PC, thus making it look like to FiveM that “you” are the same cheater but using different accounts.
Please read this post to get a better understanding what you can do.
TLDR: If you are in a shared environment (cloud gaming service, LAN Cafe) or using an incorrectly installed Windows, you can get “soft banned”. If you are on your own PC, you can format + reinstall Windows to trigger Windows to create a different (unique) identifier.
