We’re excited to announce a new update for the Interaction script in FiveM.

:hammer_and_wrench: Update Highlights for Interaction Script:

  • New Function ‘AddInteractionCoords’: This new function allows adding specific coordinates for interactions, providing more flexibility beyond just specifying entities.
  • Export Names Update: We’ve updated the export names to be more descriptive and appropriate. The ‘AddInteraction’ has been changed to ‘AddInteractionEntity’, and ‘AddMultipleInteraction’ has been updated to ‘AddInteractionEntityMultiple’.

  • Client-side Lua file (client/main.lua)
  • HTML/JS application file (html/js/app.js)

Important Update for Interaction/UI Script!

Hello, We are excited to announce a significant update to the Interaction Script. This update includes several improvements and fixes to enhance the functionality and performance of your server.

Interaction Update Highlights:

  • From now on, you can use interactions while in a Vehicle,
  • Some prints have been removed to prevent sending irrelevant information to the client's console,
  • Added the 'OverwriteSettings' variable to 'config.lua,' which is responsible for overwriting settings such as distance, checkVisibility, and offset. If the value is set to false, when creating a new option within a specific interaction, it will no longer overwrite the mentioned settings. And, of course, the opposite is true when we set the value to true,
  • Several performance improvements have been made to the script,

Files Updated:

  • config.lua,
  • client/main.lua,

We highly recommend updating to this latest version to fully benefit from these enhancements. The updated files are available at Keymaster.

  • New Feature: Added visibility options for up and down movements.

  • Fix: Exports have been improved and new ones added.

  • New Export: Added a new drawtext export, which displays text alone without an interaction button.
