Adding Prop's To Interaction Menu

So, for reference the interaction menu I am talking about is this:

I have seen where server add extra prop’s like when you go into CIV Toolbox you can spawn in like a cooler or in LEO Toolbox and you can spawn in a body bag. Does any know how to add more prop’s to them? Thank you,
