My server is hosted by Zap Hosting.
I didn’t know how to download it

I believe FiveM server includes webadmin by default, but ZAP Hosting disables it on server start. It can be manually started by doing start webadmin in the server console. Once started, you can access it via server ip or through Nucleus.
