I’m having a problem with my .ymaps but I don’t think it’s me.
I’m trying to remove and change some props from the map but after putting it on the server it just doesn’t work.
I’ve seen some videos about it and I see that many simply change, save, place and work smoothly.
I’m using CodeWalker to make changes.
One of the changes as an example is to remove the gates from the mansion’s driveway and place an automatic. but every time I save and put it on my server, no changes appear that were saved in the codewalker …
I also believe that it is not the way to put it on the server because I am using the same folder as another ymap that is working on the server.
Here you go, tested and working on my server. I only replaced the default gates with the automatic one. If you modified something else you’ll have to do it again. Problem was probably because of how you named the ymap. When editing the default GTA map, don’t modify the ymap names so that the game knows which one to overwrite. Also make sure to generate a _manifest.ymf from Codewalker: Tools > Manifest generator.
You’re doing something wrong. Make sure that the “Enable DLC” and “Enable Mods” options are activated in codewalker before editing anything. Also when you edit the default GTA map, don’t rename it and make sure to calculate extents.
