I was pressing some keys on my keyboard and this randomly came on my screen, I cannot figure out how to get rid of it.

Its because you have streamlabs running or didnt set it up properly
I’ve had this issue before, and I think the clipping software Medal causes this.
To fix this on Medal go to: Under Settings > Recorder > Special Features and disable Advanced Window Capture.
