Paleto Bay - Oxnard!

This project is inspired from the real city that is close by Los Angeles! It’s a extended version of the ingame city " Paleto Bay ". We have made modifications to the original city aswell like Train Tracks, Canal, Food Restaruants, Car Wash, Dealership, Car Mod interior, Corner stores and Arcade game store.
On the extended version we have made split the town into two parts with a train track. One part is Apartments and the other part are houses. We also added parts like BasketBall Court, Football Field, Pier and Barbeque events.
The product runs with high performance. The disksize on this project is 69mbs. We have made it very enjoyable for players with even lower PCs to have a good time in our modifications and it contains of 16 Interiors!

This is really the best Paleto MLO there is. Period. No FPS drops, expands the map, adds new areas and businesses . Really all we could ask for in Paleto bay ! Its also compatible with pretty much every Paleto MLO . Great work again Milo !

Okey, only the main road was split into parts and the factory side was removed to add a canal. Nothing else was removed or deleted. The whole map was a addon map. Every map you see in Paleto Bay works with the map we offer.

You dont even know what your talking about. Nothing been removed or replaced except stuff that people will never use like the Cluckin bell factory. It completely expands the Paleto bay area into its own mini city and is a work of art as far as MLO’s go. You should think before you post comments like that because it doesn’t make sense even in the slightest. Theres people who waited a long time for this work of art to come to life. Its far from pointless, its definitely not dumb. if anything your comment is whats dumb…
