What is the issue you’re having?

I’m trying to install the server, and I got to the point where RedM was downloading 5GB or so of whatever, and after it signs into the Rockstar social club app, I get the titular error, in addition to this:

"[Window Title]

[Main Instruction]
Error generating ROS entitlement token: 500 ()

Hey, i’ve ran into the same problem and created an account just to help out others that may be in need, this worked for me:

  1. Close RedM completely.
  2. Open the Rockstar Games Launcher.
  3. Sign Out of your account (click your profile icon in the top right → Sign Out).
  4. Close the Rockstar Launcher and the Epic Launcher.
  5. Restart the Rockstar Launcher and sign back in.

Delete Local Rockstar Profile

  1. Close RedM and the Rockstar Launcher.
  2. Navigate to: C:\Users\your-name\Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club\Profiles
  3. You will see a folder with a random combination of letters and numbers (e.g., D3126C7...).
  4. Delete that folder.
  5. Open the Rockstar Launcher (you will be asked to sign in again).

Clear RedM Cache

  1. Navigate to your RedM Application Data folder: C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Local\RedM\RedM.app\data
  2. Delete the folders named cache, server-cache, and server-cache-priv.
  3. Try opening RedM.

That seemed to work – specifically, deleting the Social Club profile / save. Thanks!
