Would my pc be able to run fivem & performance?

specs:
CPU: i5 4460
GPU: gtx 750
RAM: 8gb

If you can play gta v then you should be able to play fivem. That gpu and your ram will be your biggest bottleneck.

Yeah, as said by others you should be able to play properly FiveM as long as you meet the requirements of GTAV.
