I am speaking on behalf of my server and, would like to ask for help from anyone who is knowledgeable on DDOSing. We have a corrupt admin who is highly capable of DDOSing the server and we want to ban him. We are worried that if we ban him he will ddos the server, and if we use a vpn to stop it, we will have bad ping. Anyone know what to do?

Get as much information on him as possible. Real life name, address, age, whatever etc. IP addresses, Steam and so on.
Contact your server host letting them know you’re being threatened. Once a DDOS does happen, report everything to the police. DDOSing is illegal and can get him into a lot of trouble. Let him know about that too.
Other than that, FiveM cannot and will not do anything. This is between you, the “admin” and the law.
