Our server is based on the World of Darkness TTRPG, from Paradox Interactive. We have been in communication and received permission to recreate a server using their lore. We will be opening our doors on Halloween 31st !
So what does this all mean?
What is World of Darkness?
The World of Darkness could be classified as fantasy-horror. Denizens of the dark, such as vampires and werewolves, roam the streets, shadowing their true identity. The world is dark, gruely, and terrifying - not to be confused with the sparkly vampires, or garlic allergies.
What does this change?
The world is filled with mystery and intrigue. It is LORE RULES to keep your identity a secret if you are a supernatural being. Vampires and Werewolves both follow the masquerade, and the veil (respectively), and these rules do not allow them to reveal themselves to humanity.
Breaking such rules, for example, will have IC consequences from the shadow government (The Camarilla), which could even involve a player death.
We always wanted to create a supernatural server.
We were shunned from (nearly) every server for not being ‘realistic’, and for role-playing supernatural.
So we made ourselves a home.
However; we did not want to create a free-for-all, corny, power-fueled RP server.
So we took the World of Darkness lore, added some home-brew elements (Such as the Cyberpunk Setting, to create our own lore), and are taking it very seriously
We emulate its dark and dangerous rule-set, and strive for storytelling and narrative based role-play versus traditional cops vs robbers / faction/gangs all across Los Santos.
A bit of Lore
World of Darkness FiveM offers a few Clan, Tribe and Creed Choices for their respective races:
While we wish we could include all of them for our open beta launch…These are the ones that we will start with. Don’t worry, there will be more to come!
HUMAN CREEDS (Mortals)
- Slayer: Armed to the teeth, a slayer hunts the supernatural with an arsenal to their personal taste. Mostly vigilantes or small organised groups, reporting the Commander.
- Zeal: Armed with True Faith, these religious zealots fight the atrocities with their belief in The Higher Being.
- Bystander: Considered Innocent, these mortals may shun the practice of hunting, rather living alongside them, or even be a non-believer, or completely oblivious to the darkness that surrounds them.
KINDRED CLANS (Vampire)
- Ventrue: The proudest line of noble vampires, maintaining a reputation of honour, genteel behaviour and leadership.
- Brujah: Notoriously rebellious vampires against any kind of structure, begrudgingly answering to the Camarilla.
- Malkavian: Members of this clan often assume the role of seer or oracle. Notorious pranksters and perceived as ‘insane’.
- Toreador: Known for their seductive nature, enthralling demeanour and eloquent grace to the point of obsession.
- Caitif: Clanless, often synonymous with thin-blooded.
GAROU TRIBES (Werewolf)
- Silver Fangs: Traditional rulers and war leaders - noble Garou of physical beauty, courage and honour.
- Shadow Lords: Politicians and manipulators of the Garou. Works in the shadows to undermine the Silver Fangs.
- Fianna: Strongly based on Celtic and European traditions and considered Peacemakers between the tribes. Keepers of music, stories and lore.
- Glasswalkers: Steeped in technology, human religion, and the ebb and flow of the city, the Glass Walkers live and die by a creed of progress and integration in human society.
- Ronin: Tribeless, often banished or disowned, roam the earth in solitary confinement, away from tribe or pack focused activity.
So…What do we offer?
Unique Features:
- The ability to choose your race, such as Vampire, Werewolf or Mortal.
- Each Race offers a Talent Tree, with powers and abilities.
- Each Race offers the opportunity to choose a Clan / Creed / Tribe. (Further known as “Faction”)
- These “Factions”, offer each a unique ability, as well as a hub and a rule-set.
Each of these Factions will hold a Dungeon Master (Leader). Each leader is expected to work in conjunction with other leaders of other factions, in order to create overall server story-lines, lore, resolve conflicts and disputes etc. We are attempting to bring the table top nature to FiveM. And remember, dungeon masters, make a plan, expect the plan to go wrong, and improvise!
The goal is to feed a rich story into the world, and have all decisions, twists and turns shaped by the players.
- AI Police integration: every crime is answered by NPC Police. Different levels based on the crime done, with a system to take away weapons and illegal goods upon death. No more cops and robbers. (Players may still play vigilante officers, but will not have the usual power-gaming tool-set that most of servers have!.)
- Gangs or Organizations: They do not exist here in the natural sense. The clans/tribes/creeds are the main focus of the server. However, there is an item in-game called the Group Stash. It allows you to create a group on the fly, put down a “Boss menu” alongside a stash and outfit changer. Players are free to RP their own groups, whether that be a cyberpunk street gang or a crime family, but the Power Structure will always remain the same:
Camarilla ➔ Clans / Tribes / Creeds ➔ Player Groups ➔ Solo Players.
This is the balance that we strive for here.
And for those player groups seeking to be ‘empowered’, they will need to make sure that they are lore-based. We will always make sure to help build up those who really dive into the lore and help us create and shape our home-brewed world.

- Tons of MLOs, including race tracks, cyber/futuristic locations, etc.

- Over 160 add-on weapons.
- An intricate crafting system, sporting a blueprint discovery system so that you can craft that special legendary thermal katana you always wish you had.
Fully fledged Co-op enabled legal jobs. - Fully fledged Illegal jobs: Heists, Tasks, Robberies, etc.
- Multi-job Setup
- In depth vehicle performance customizing, NOS, turbo’s, drifting.
- MMR based racing script, create your own tracks, etc.
- Player ran businesses: Stores, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, name it - we have it.
Activities beyond belief: Pool, bowling, gambling, roller skating, surfing, hoverboards.
The world has changed a lot.
Seeped into darkness, the shadows draw longer around every corner.

This server is hosted by the Level X Gaming community, backed by 9000+ members, and also approved for use of IP via the Dark Pack and Paradox Interactive. We strive to showcase serious roleplay as we are catering to a whole new element of role-play here at Level X Gaming in World of Darkness
