Hey everyone,
I’m excited to officially present Beyond Survival (BS19) — the framework built to power The Apocalypse Project and future post‑apocalyptic experiences in FiveM.
What Is Beyond Survival (BS19)?
Beyond Survival is a custom‑built gameplay framework designed to bring true survival mechanics, environmental hazards, and RPG progression to FiveM.
It’s not based on ESX, QBCore, or any recycled systems — it’s written from scratch to fit the world of The Apocalypse Project.
The name BS19 references The Walking Dead S01E06 (“TS‑19”), symbolizing the idea of humanity’s last spark — surviving beyond the end.
Core Objectives
-
Create a modular survival framework that servers can freely use or expand.
-
Integrate seamlessly with The Apocalypse Project map zones and props.
-
Offer realistic survival mechanics (hunger, thirst, infection, stamina).
-
Provide loot, scavenging, and exploration systems.
-
Enable environmental hazards and dynamic world events.
-
Support RPG progression and player‑driven storytelling.
-
Keep everything lightweight, open, and community‑driven.
Why It’s Free
BS19 is built for the community, by the community.
The goal isn’t monetization — it’s collaboration.
This framework will remain free and open, allowing developers to contribute, modify, and build their own apocalypse experiences without restrictions.
The philosophy is simple:
“If the world ends, we rebuild it together.”
Connection to The Apocalypse Project
BS19 is designed to work hand‑in‑hand with The Apocalypse Project, my large‑scale map overhaul that transforms Los Santos into a post‑apocalyptic world.
Together, they form a complete ecosystem — map + gameplay — ready for servers that want a full survival experience out of the box.
