I moved my files from Linux to Windows server and every time I see this crash. Does anybody know what’s wrong?

Have you tried run the same version linux artifacts that you were running under a Win environment?

I have not the same version artifacts because on linux the newest artifacts is 3481 and the newest artifacts on windows is 3431.
If it won’t run on latest linux, try recommended version on the site then start your search with the resource being started when the crash occurred, that being mythic_notify. Remove it from your directory and see if the issue persists.
