Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Also add what you already tried so far.
I have reinstalled FiveM. I also checked the forums, found one post that mentioned after they updated windows it started working again. However. I do not have any windows updates. So this could not be my solution. And no. FiveM is NOT installed in my GTAV folder. I have had no issues up until this most recent FiveM update that is trying to go through.
