You are basically running a 10 year old game on a today top-of-the-line gaming rig.

I am getting up to 200fps with my 7 year old GTX 1080 and a 3 year old processor at 1080p and max settings (on a clean server with just my own optimized scripts).

You should be more than good with your setup and streaming (if your internet connection is decent of course).
