Wildlife is looking for developers and active team members for a new RedM project

We are building a brand-new project from zero: Wildlife.

This is not meant to become a standard western RP server and not a recycled mix of public resources.
The goal is to create a fully animal-centered survival and roleplay experience on RedM, built with structure, clear systems, and long-term commitment.

This project is especially meant to be welcoming to people with psychological and physical disabilities.
We want to build a team environment that is respectful, calm, honest, and free from unnecessary pressure.

We are explicitly looking for German- and English-speaking developers.

What you do not need to be

You do not need to be perfect.
You do not need to be well known.
You do not need to be a senior in everything.

But you should be honest about what you know, what you want to learn, and how active you can realistically be.

Who we especially welcome

We especially want to welcome people who are often ignored or underestimated in other projects, including people with:

  • psychological struggles

  • anxiety disorders

  • depression

  • social difficulties

  • physical disabilities

What matters to us is not perfection.
What matters is respectful cooperation, reliability, and the will to help build something meaningful together.

Important language requirement

We are explicitly searching for German- and English-speaking developers.
Being able to communicate in either or both languages is highly important for the team.

If you are interested

Please contact us with:

  • your name / nickname

  • your role or area

  • your current experience

  • the systems or tasks you want to work on

  • your realistic activity level

  • and optionally why you want to be part of Wildlife

We are not looking for spectators.
We are looking for people who truly want to help build Wildlife from the ground up.

I’m interested in this project, I am an experienced Redm developer. I sent you a message on here.
