Besides all the power tripping trial mods that all you have dealt with i know, i wanna start my point off as a retired head admin of this place, not only is the owner depedent on only everyone else, and everyone elses hard work ( which he never did anything and got everyones money and we got nothing at all 
) but he also just dosent give a shit about you, no matter how long youve helped, no matter how much you help, also his co owners all team up on certain staff members ( i know this cause well i talked too them in staff chats literally daily ) and they would single certain people out making them look bad and just making up complete and total bullshit to get them removed or in trouble, This is my 20 Days 14 Hour Experince of Paradise State Roleplay and all i learned is its all just about the money not about any of us.
