Why my addon vehicle not taking any damage?

its because of your damage multipliers are to low in the handling meta also check your flags while your in there you can use this website GTA V Vehicle Flag Tool to check the flags to make sure it doesnt have the invinceable flag enabled. Just make sure the lookup table is set to IKT and your good to go

Step 1 Open the handling meta for your car
Step 2 look for these

CollisionDamageMult value=“0.700000”
WeaponDamageMult value=“1.000000”
DeformationDamageMult value=“0.700000”
EngineDamageMult value=“1.500000”

step 3 encrease these valuses normally 1.9 is a good number
step 4 look for these

  strModelFlags>400010</strModelFlags
  strHandlingFlags>0</strHandlingFlags
  strDamageFlags>20</strDamageFlags

Copy the valuse between the > < and go to the flag website
Step 5 change the look up table to IKT from default

then paste the value you coppied and if you hove over the highlighted box it will tell you what it is and you can make your own flags i suggest to just mess around with them till you get to know whats what
final step adjust everything to your needs and save and restart the vehicle and good to go
