Why Does Easy Admin Work For Everyone?

I’m Not Sure Why Easy Admin Menu Opens For Everyone I Tried Taking Away My Perms and I Can Still Open and Control The Menu? I Have Set This Line In My Server Config-

setr ea_LanguageName “en”
setr ea_MenuButton “170”
setr ea_alwaysShowButtons "false
set ea_moderationNotification “false”
set ea_custombanlist “false”
set ea_enableCallAdminCommand “true”
set ea_enableReportCommand “false”

and this

add_ace group.admin easyadmin allow

and
and It still works for anyone
