I am building a server , and aim encountering a lot of issues ESX ambulance job wont revive players , mechanic wont receive calls , which one is better VRP or ESX?
Making something unique that isn’t an RP server sounds better.

I don’t know they both have their own pros and cons. Try them both out, see how they are to what you want, and if any issues arise post in the resources topic. 
i was trying out ESX but so many bugs. Now i am using vRP but when i spawn my character wont load is like i am statue ghost
I personally enjoy working with ESX
I tried both, but in the end I really prefer ESX.
The issues you encountered are commons with these scripts. I recommand you to paste eventual errors you get in the console to the script topic. See if the author can do something for you.
