Where can I get the Los Santos Customs 4 bay MLO

The normal QB Core file is the single bay LSC. Where can i find the LSC thst has the 3 bays in the back, 1 bay in tye cebter, 2 paint booths, an open office with another upstairs office. I dont have a screenshot at the moment as im at work. I see it in several servers.
