When I try to open up the pause menu, I get stuck on a loading screen

Please help me! I’m trying to open my map and change my settings but I can’t.

**Up to date: Yes
**Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
**Purchased where - Epic
**Windows version: 11
**Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? No
**System specifications: Nvidia gtx 1050 ti, intel i7 7700k
