I have recently been seeing these black little clouds It looks like on my screen. I don’t know why this is happening but I need help because it’s very annoying.
Are you using some kind of graphics pack/mod?

That’s caused by a graphics mod, as @GamerD4ve correctly assumed. Either configure your settings or remove it completely to fix the issue.
