What's the utility of "Monitor" resource?

Hi i just found that “monitor” resource is a little bit too hungry so i was wondering if it is a needed resource or i can disable it

i disabled webadmin so i guess monitor would be useless ^^ i’ll disable both then

idk, its not related to monitoring like resmon/netgraph/profiler and there is no problem without it so lets disable it x)

Anybody have an idea? What is the resource “Monitor” and what does it do? Shows up in resmon resource monitor does seem to be a big “hungry”.
