so currently im running my server off of GTX Gaming i have a VPS from there and i know with higher VPS specs it helps your server run better and more stable i have 10 cores 16gb ddr4 and it runs a little better then before but i still get into a server with like 25 people in it and runs perfect smooth and they have more stuff in there server then me. But when i get lets say 10 15 people in my server frames start dropping anyone have an help for me?
I would recommend emperorhosting.com . I have a premium VPS and it works great. Although all VPS should run a fivem server.
oh ok so when people get into your server do you have like frame drops or other people in your server its weird but like id join a server with 20 people in mine that has 15 then theres is running so much better and even tho they have more resourceses then my server its running better so i will def try that VPS out now will i have to port forward thru windows firewall?Z
With a premium VPS, no lagg at all. (Tested with 32 people)
oh awesome now how about port forwarding and stuff like that? and as well does it run off windows remote desktop?
Make sure when you order (If you do) in the notes put: Windows VPS. that way everything with remote desktop will be setup. They run support through teamspeak and port forwarding is automatically done.
I am using one web and server hosting from https://www.portservers.net and it works perfectly fine, really cheap too!
awesome so imma just wait until a dallas server opens up!! Thanks alot Scott
We use nfoservers.com - they’re the final stop after trying several different vps/vds providers. Good bang for your buck. We have the 8 core vps plan and it runs like a charm (our server is usually 32/32 with unlisted training servers running in the background).
