What is the difference between license and license2?

I often see that when someone connects to my server, they have both a license and a license2. For some players, both of them are the same, but for some players it’s different.

Use license2 if it is available, or fallback to license if it isn’t.

license2 will always be tied to the player’s R* Social Club ID, while license may be the SCID or some weird Steam thing.

Licence: is tied to social club, but it feels like some sort of local install ID.

I have seen instances of users having a different “Licence:” ID after a windows reinstall.

Thanks for you anserws. One more question about this. Why is it that if I connect to my server, I have the same license and license2, but for my friend the license and license2 are different? We both have Discord and Steam linked to FiveM.
