The only issue you listed was with a resource. Specs seems fine, the processor does have lower clock speeds but which is not an issue.
but when i was on another hosting it was work very good and i am reseller with hosting and all my customers have the same problem so its not from the windows because its 2012
Again, you are citing an issue pertaining to a specific resource. Maybe it’s an issue with the resource.

This is the only issue you cited which involves a resource. If it’s not only that, provide us with more information because you are not properly giving it.
