So like, I go into fivem and it says “Boost Server” and I need a patreon membership what does that do?

It does what it says basically, boosts a server. It will sort servers depending on how much boost they have.
So how many times can I boost? is it only 1 per month or?

Im curious too. Does this boost the server by getting funding from what you might give to their Patreon?
