What brands/content can we use from other Rockstar titles?

I’m assuming the short answer is “none” but is there any leeway for using brands/lore from other games?

For example, are we restricted to only the content mentioned in GTA V? Are we not allowed to use brands mentioned in other Rockstar titles like:
