Weird Green/Black/Red Colours for people that join the server

Hello, I have just recently started up an FXServer with my friends. At the minute it is being hosted on a VM on my machine. When I connect to the server, it’s fine; 4ms ping, 60fps, everything works. I wish I could say the same for my friends though. When they join the server, they gave me a screenshot of which I could only describe that looked like something out of say a battle royale gas which is inches from your nostrils.

All sunshine and rainbows for me.

However, when my friends join, they get something which looks a little like this…

Anyhoo, I would love to have this resolved as effectively as possible, any and all support is appreciated.

It may be caused by a weather modification you have on the server, what are you running for resources?

I have ELS, TimeSync, disabledispatch, watermark, deletevehicle, fuel, fingerpoint, and cuff/hu as all the serverside mods.

It looks like that weird Halloween weather or something, which is an actual weather setting/type in the game.

I have found the issue, it was the TimeSync script I had.
