Weird graphics bug (black roads? weird peds?)

GTA V version? 1.0.2169
Up to date? I think so.
Legit or Pirate copy? Bought. On disc. All 7 DVDs.
Steam/CD/Social Club? DVD but downloaded from RGL, then copied over USB to my phone.
Windows version? Android 10 with Samsung One UI. Not Windows.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Not sure where to find it on my ‘Internal shared storage’

What did you do to get this issue?
Installed fivem.apk, launched it, got spawned here without any choice, wtf?
What server did you get this issue on?
Server? It just loaded into this…

alrighty this is a common issue to solve this do the following:
step 1: delete this off your phone
step2: install it on your pc
step 3: play on your pc
