Honestly this is a game changer; its constantly getting updated with new ideas and suggestions.
Anyone that wants to elevate their community needs to jump on this, cause the current price is a steal for everything it does.

This also works for REDM; which im so grateful for.

We can only test the home page :frowning:

Did you join our Discord and grabbed the roles? I believe that’s what you’re missing.

The new UI is now live, with plenty of additional features on the way.

Complete Queue Overhaul

Priority Roles Reworked

  • Added a new Queue Roles Configuration page to manage Discord roles for your queue.
  • Added Priority Roles with editable points, where higher points = higher queue priority.
  • Added drag-and-drop reordering so you can quickly reshuffle role priority without re-adding roles.
  • Added a quick Add Roles button, plus per-role remove actions.

Bypass Feature

  • Added Bypass Slots so you can reserve a set number of instant join spots for bypass roles.
  • Added a Bypass toggle per role, letting you flip any role between priority-based and instant-join.
  • Added a dedicated Bypass Roles section so bypass roles are separated from the priority list for clarity.

Biggest Update Yet!

We’ve been extremely busy, and it shows. Take a look at this massive new update packed with tons of customer-requested features and some seriously exciting additions.

  • Added Lock Queue so new players cannot join while existing players in queue can still be processed.
  • Added an Enable Applications Module toggle to disable all application-related features for players and moderators.
  • Added an Enable Tickets Module toggle to disable all ticket-related features for players and moderators.

Ticket Categories Reworked (New)

  • Added support for custom-only categories, hiding default categories when custom categories are created.

Landing Page Settings Expanded (New)

  • Replaced Quick Links with Navigation Bar Links for a cleaner and more modern landing page menu.
  • Added new Landing Page Appearance settings for customizing your landing page with colors.
  • Added a Primary Color selector to control your main accent color across the landing page.
  • Added a Rules section manager to create and display server rules on your landing page.
  • Added a Cards section manager to create up to 3 landing page cards.
  • Added an Our Features section manager to display your server features on the landing page.
  • Added an Our Team section manager with team categories and member management.
  • Added an FAQ section manager with categories and questions.
  • Added a Socials section manager to link your community’s social media directly on the landing page.

Added: Custom Reject Message
You can now configure the message players see when they try to join the server but aren’t whitelisted, aren’t in the queue, or their queue request was declined via server.cfg via set 1of1webqueue_reject_message

Added: Tebex Purchase History
Now includes role-based configuration.

Added: Notification Sound Option
You can enable a sound notification for queue events.

Added: “You can join the game now!” Prompt
New visual prompt available. Enable it in your configuration dashboard.

Added: Queue Player List
A live list showing who is currently in the queue.

New Discord Notifications

Added: Queue Notifications. Send a DM to users when they join the queue, and when they reach position #1 (ready). Optional channel notifications are also supported and can be configured if needed. Added: Application Notifications. Send a DM to users when they submit an application, and when their application is accepted or rejected. Optional channel notifications are also supported and can be configured if needed. Added: Ticket Notifications. Send a DM to users when they create a ticket, and when a reply is added. Optional channel notifications are also supported and can be configured if needed.

New Express Pass Config

Added: Express Pass Role (Reclaim Spot). Configure a role that lets players reclaim their spot if they miss their join window or their queue session expires. Players with this role can use “Reclaim Spot” to skip back to the front of the line. Configure this under Queue Roles Configuration → Express Pass , including the reclaim time window (in minutes, default 30 minutes ).

Web Queue Updates

Added: Negative Priority Points. You can now assign negative points to a player as a punishment via a role. This pushes them toward the back of the queue , making it harder to join during peak/prime time. Negative points simply offset their total priority, so if they still have enough positive points from other roles, they’ll be placed accordingly.

:star: 1/5 – Very bad customer support experience
I had a serious issue during the setup process of 1of1 Scripts Web Queue. I opened a support ticket explaining the problem, but instead of helping or asking for clarification, my ticket was closed without my consent and the issue is still unresolved.
After that, I tried to politely ask in their Discord general chat why my ticket was closed. Instead of getting support or an explanation, I was given a 6-day timeout.
This is extremely unprofessional. There was no attempt to help, no communication, and no respect for a paying customer. The product might look good, but support is basically non-existent, and the overall customer experience is very poor.
I would not recommend buying from them if you expect proper after-sales support. Zero support, bad handling of tickets, and a disappointing experience overall.

Change log - All NEW features!

Applications: Enable/Disable Toggle

Applications can now be enabled or disabled without deleting them.

  • Disabled applications are hidden from the player-facing list
  • Players get a 404 when accessing a disabled application directly by UUID
  • Moderators and customers can still view disabled applications
  • The applications list page shows a status badge (Enabled / Disabled) for each application
  • Each row in the applications list has a toggle button to enable or disable without opening the edit page
  • The create and edit forms include an “Application Enabled” toggle

Applications: Discord Role Restrictions

Applications can now be restricted to specific Discord roles.

  • When one or more roles are selected, only players who have at least one of those roles can see and submit the application
  • Applications with no roles selected remain visible to all players
  • The create and edit forms include a “Restrict to Discord Roles” role picker, using the same UI pattern as the approval roles selector

Language Support

  • We’ve added multi-language support to the player-facing interface. English and Spanish are available out of the box, with more languages on the way. To switch languages, head to your dashboard and open Features → Language.

Community contributions are welcome. If you’d like to add or improve a language, visit here.

Auto-close Ticket Discord Notification:

  • When a support ticket is automatically closed due to inactivity, the player now receives a Discord DM notifying them that their ticket was closed.

Custom Queue Status Message:

  • You can now set a custom message that players see while they are waiting in the queue. Use this to share server rules, expected wait times, or any other information.

Application Rejection Cooldown:

  • You can now set a cooldown period (in hours) on any application. When a player is rejected, they must wait the configured number of hours before they can resubmit. Players are shown a clear message with how much time remains. This setting is configurable per application and is optional. Leave it blank to keep the previous behaviour.

Queue Position Alerts For Top 10 & Top 5 Discord DMs

  • Players will now automatically receive a Discord DM when they enter the top 10 and top 5 of the queue. Both alerts can be toggled independently from your Discord Notification Settings page:

  • Top 10 Alert - DM: notifies players when they enter the top 10

  • Top 5 Alert - DM: notifies players when they enter the top 5

Estimated Wait Time

  • Players in the queue now see a live estimated wait time displayed directly in the queue widget (e.g. Est. wait: ~12 min). The estimate is calculated automatically based on how quickly your server has been processing players and updates in real time as the queue moves.
