I don’t really have any license terms, because they can’t really be enforced, but it’s scummy, because you’re making people pay for something that someone else created while giving nothing to the author, and making profits off someone else’s work. e.x. selling custom cars on a server, where you just grab cars off of gta5mods, and charge players money for them.
If I was doing that then it would be scummy. But I’m literally asking you what are your terms to understand if that’s possible to do with this specific mod of yours or not.
i dont think it would really violate any license as you’re giving an item in game and not giving anyone rights to the model or anything as such. All that’s really being sold in this case is an item added to the player. What that item does is more or less circumstantial as the product sold here is a model and not an item.
Keep in mind this weapon contains oversized assets so idk how much fps impact it will have in your server but i assume it’s minor
