So, we can’t get out of any vehicles. We press “f” so many times but nothing happens.

Seatbelt script or vehicle locking script are the first two “suspects” here.
We’ve had the problem before, we had to reset the server to fix it. So this has nothing to do with the two scripts. Because the seat belt script always has to be started manually.

Alright, send your server.cfg here for a start. Be sure to not include any keys (license key, SteamAPI Dev key, DB connection strings…) - just the start resource list

900 lines of starting resources? Are you crazy? 
Send the actual file then, it’ll be easier than scrolling through 900 lines of uncomposed text (again, remove all keys and sensitive stuff)

Everything is fine, that has just been clarified. We can get off now. Nevertheless, I thank you for the help.
regardless its server side “some sort of script” causing this problem. if you turn off all your scripts i bet it will stop happening.
Ok, something is wrong with the esx_ambulancejob, you have to delete it and insert it again. Then you should be able to get out again.
