AFTER a server restart your world is either under water or there could be no water at all! You decide when configuring the water.xml file.
Features
Configure the water.xml and restart your server to apply changes. (includes instructions in the file)
Define the water and wave height to your desire.

I do not offer support for this resource. I just release it because I’ve been researching whether it is possible to dynamically change the water level without restarting the server. The answer was no when I initially made this thread.
It is possible now since some updates FiveM pushed!
Here is an explanation. This resource was not released on this forums ever. And quite some people have been looking for it. It was intentioned to support people in their research.
Since FiveM has released some updates in regards to water levels. It is possible to have some kind of Tsunami or flooding effect. I have made one which is available soon on the CFX releases page!
