Water canon's not working anymore - Problem at FiveM or GTA V?

Since today morning the water canon on firetruk and the riot are not inflicting any damage.
Problem: Our fire generating script can not be fight against, cause the firetruk cannot extinguish the fire. Currently I temporarly stopped that script.

Is there an new, known issue with GTA V or FiveM?

my server on redm magically stopped working the fire

I just found the issue:

the native “ClearArea” makes that fire doesn’t make any damage and watercannons not working.
