Wanting to reset all IDs on my server

Hi.
Im having some problem reseting every ID on my server. I want to have ID 1 but I have ID 9. I have tried looking it up on the internet, but it just made it worse. I´m a total noob with all about developing and looking in databases. One guy tried to help me, but he only works with ESX. I´m using heidisql as my database.

I think I´m on the right path, but it still wont work. I have some pictures:

This is “vrp_users”. I want to chance the ID 9 to ID 1:

But when I chance the “9” to “1”, this pops up:

I hope some of you can help me. And please keep in mind, this is all new to me.
