vRP Low fps - How to fix?

Hello. Atm I have some fps issues. I always get low fps in vrp fivem servers. Not sure how I can fix this on my own. I have a pretty decent pc as you can see below. I usually get 20-30 fps when the server is full and about 40 when its 5+ people on the server. Is there something I can do on my own to fix this? I already tried to improve it by overclocking both my cpu and gpu with no result what so ever. Would more ram maybe help it with all the resources in a vRP my pc has to load? Im looking forward for any advice to atleast run 60+ if possible

Legit or Pirate copy? Legit copy
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? WIndows 10 64 bit
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes i did.

System specifications
i7 7700k 4.2 Overclocked to 4.8ghz
GTX 1080 8GB Overclocked
16GB DDR4 RAM 3000mhz
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing.
What server did you get this issue on? The fast and any other rp servers

there isnt much you can do, this issue is due to the resources being used on the server.

the issue isnt resources, i have the issue too, i have a bulky pc so its something to do with fivem, i have an i7 7800x and a gtx 1080 and one of my friends has a lower pc but runs the server perfectly fine

i get 50fps when i use to get 180, and he gets 160 so somehow in a recent update it did something.
