Hey all. I run a pretty successful Zap hosted server at the moment (30 active players) and I’m in the process of switching my server over to a VPS at the moment. I’m very familiar with virtual private servers but I’ve never quite hit a wall like this.
GTA V version? Latest version
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? MS Windows Server 2016 Standard
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

What did you do to get this issue? Server won’t start, this is the only error I’m getting

Also add what you already tried so far.
Disabling anti-virus, reinstalling a-sync, updating to the latest artifact
Any ideas here?
