I am not sure what to install… VORP or QBcore?
For which of the two there are the most mods to install?
Which is the best to use?

Here are some statistics about frameworks in RedM from the last 24h
VORP with 173 servers
RedEM:Roleplay with 44
QBcore with 39
Several more frameworks are also being developed, for example DocusCore.
All frameworks have their advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion is preferable today VORP core,
but over time it may change.
