Go into the Windows sound settings, make sure that you have the Microphone device you want to use enabled (disable all of the ones you do not use); then go into FiveM on any server, go into the Voice Chat options and make sure they are all configured properly.

it didnt work it just says if i go into a server voicechat disabled

Did you actually enable it in the game setting’s Voice Chat category?

Yes
i have also tried reinstalling the game

I have the same thing happening, cleared my cache, checked settings and also installed and uninstalled. The voice chat wont enable at all

I also have the same issue. This is the third time I am facing this issue. Previous two time, it was fixed somehow. I didn’t do anything specifically to solve this. But it was resolved two times within 2 or 3 days. But this time, after 1 week the issue still there.

I think I got my issue, when I checked fivem log I found this.
Audio Input/ MumbleAudioInput::InitializeAudioDevice: Initializing IAudioClient for capture device failed. HR = 80070057
Maybe this is cause of audio not working. If anyone knows about, please help me to find a solution.

Hm, this is quite interesting - it does look like it fails to initialize your audio device for some reason. What microphone/headset are you using, and how is it connected?
I would also try reinstalling the Realtek sound drivers for your motherboard from the official website, if Asus is kind enough to have them linked somewhere, over a PC restart.

I have tried multiple devices. One normal audio jack headset and another one a use type headphones. Both are not working and giving same error in log. But these are perfectly working with all other applications, even GTA online. Only problem is with FIVEM. I will try to reinstall sound drivers as you suggested. If you have any other solutions, please help me.
