As silly as it sounds, have you tried enabling and disabling voice chat while in a server, and seeing if that improves it at all? Voice chat can be a bit finicky like that. Also, can you elaborate a bit more on what you mean when you say “cutting out”?
Yes I have tried that. When someone talks in game every 0.25 seconds or so they’re mic will stop and then carry on, don’t know how else to describe it.
I had a similar issue a few years ago with Teamspeak, in that my router could not handle the packet volume that TS3 was trying to send and receive, and the result was similar to what you are describing. I am not saying this is your issue, but it could be something similar. Are you able to try using a different network? Portable hotspot on your phone, use a friend’s house, something like that, see if that works any better for you?
